My Approach To Wedding Photography

Your wedding is a unique story from start to finish, and I will provide you with a stunning memento that will be treasured for years to come.

I use an intimate but relaxed documentary style, and keep contructed poses to a minimum.

Perfect photographic moments are there to be found.

I’m unobtrusive and calm. By working in this way I can create a step by step record of the emotions, the ceremonies, and special moments that are all part of your wedding day.

Portrait Photography

Most of my portrait photographs are either taken at your home or on location, without the restrictions of a studio. A genuine setting adds so much to the feel of the final image, and using a familiar place is more relaxing.

For a studio ‘effect’ I have all the necessary flash equipment.

I like to produce clean, clear images via a subtle and thoughtful approach. This common thread ties all my portraits together. As a result, my photography is modern, relaxed, and natural.

The photo-shoot itself lasts about an hour and this time tends to pass quickly. I work calmly and always try to make the whole photography experience memorable and fun.

Commercial & Press Photography

The goal of my commercial photography is to blend the creation of a quality image with the requirements of my client.

7 years experience working as a press photographer has given me a broad technical base. I can adapt to suit a varied brief and changing situation. Add to this my own creative vision, and I have often been able to exceed the demanding standards clients expect.

My commercial photography is extremely important to me. To date my clients have come from the financial, technological, legal, property, advertising, retail, PR, entertainment, marketing, events and motoring industries.

With so much going on, weddings can pass in a bit of a blur. As your photographer I will capture the spirit of this wonderful day, and find moments you may not have noticed at the time.

  During our time together I hope to capture 20-40 delightful photographs. These will then be presented on a CD for you to keep.

  This leaves you completely free to use your images at anytime. You can print, email or even try some creative digital manipulation yourself.
